Bicyclist Struck, Killed In East Flatbush: NYPD
BREAKING: The bicyclist was struck at the intersection of Nostrand and Church Avenues.

EAST NEW YORK, NY — A bicyclist was struck and killed by a car at the intersection of Nostrand and Church Avenues Saturday morning, the NYPD said.
The 30-year-old male bicyclist sustained serious injuries and was taken to Kings County Hospital where he died, an NYPD spokesperson said. The car that struck the man was described as a silver Infiniti and fled the scene, police said.
An NYPD spokesperson told Patch police were doing an extensive video canvass of the area.

A preliminary investigation revealed that the bicyclist was traveling westbound on Church Avenue attempting to cross Nostrand Avenue, when a silver Infiniti traveling southbound on Nostrand Avenue struck the bicyclist and fled the scene, police said. The bicyclist was struck around 8:30 a.m.
The victim was identified as Brooklyn resident Jeremy Morales.

Police are asking for the public's assistance in locating white Infiniti Coupe sedan Q60S shown in the photos below. Police say the car was observed leaving the scene of the hit-and-run. Police say the vehicle has damage to the hood, windshield and sunroof area and is missing the Infiniti emblem on the vehicles front grill.
