Brooklyn ARTery to Hold Encore Pickles and Mustard Class

The Brooklyn ARTery will be holding an additional pickle and mustard making class, as the first class was such a hit with Ditmas Parkers!

"Join us as we delve into the world of pickles and mustard making! In this class you will learn the history and origins of pickles and mustard, and discuss what spices and additives to add to each," co-owner Susan Siegel noted. 

"Finally, you will make a jar of refrigerator pickles that crunch with crispy goodness and make a great addition to any cheese plate," she continued. "You will also learn to make and take home your own signature mustard that will be a worthy addition to any hot dog."

The class will be held from 2:30-4:30 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 13. A spot in the class is $35.
