Brooklyn Woman Missing Since December, Police Say
Kaheesha Malik, 39, was last seen three months ago in her home on Winthrop Street in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens, according to the NYPD.

PROSPECT-LEFFERTS GARDENS, BROOKLYN — Police are searching for a Brooklyn woman who they say has been missing since December.
Kaheesha Malik, 39, was last seen in her home on Winthrop Street in the Prospect-Lefferts Gardens area of Brooklyn around 8:20 a.m. Dec. 12, police said.
She is described by police as 5-foot-7 and 165 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Malik’s neice took to Instagram three weeks ago, urging her followers to ”keep an eye out” for Malik.
“This is a horrible feeling and difficult to share for us,” Instagram user @thestopbullyingproject wrote. She said Malik frequents South Jamaica, Queens. “Please just pray for us,” she wrote.
Anyone with information regarding Malik’s whereabouts is asked to call the NYPD at 1-800-577-8477. Tips can also be submitted online or by texting 274637, then entering TIP577.
