Creep Wearing 'Instagram' Shirt Took Upskirt Photos Of Woman On B Train In Brooklyn: Police

FLATBUSH, BROOKLYN — Police are looking for a man who they say blatantly put his phone under a woman's skirt on the subway, took pictures and fled the train.
The 26-year-old woman was riding the B train southbound, through Ditmas Park and Flatbush, at around 10 p.m. the night of Thursday, Aug. 31.
The man pictured above, who was wearing a shirt that said the Instagram logo on it, was sitting next to her, according to police.

He put his phone under her skirt and started snapping pictures, police said. Then, he got off the train at Kings Highway and fled, according to police. The suspect is still at large.
