- This East Flatbush couple had no idea what was in store for them when they bought their two-story home, renting out the top floor to another family. That family allegedly didn't pay rent throughout the entire pandemic due to the eviction moratorium, assaulted the owners, and are now accused of animal abuse in a pending court case. (The Real Deal)
