After human remains were found at the Bronx waste station last month, police traced them back to Moses' East Flatbush apartment, the D.A.'s office said.

Moses was arrested five days after the remains were found. Parts of his girlfriend, 32-year-old Leondra Foster, were found at the trash facility, the D.A.'s office said. Other parts, including her head, were found in Moses' home freezer, the office said.
