EMT Gets 89 Years-to-Life For Sexually Assaulting 5 Women Including 11-Year-Old Girl

An FDNY EMT sentenced to 89 years-to-life in prison for sexually assaulting five victims over the course of ten years, the youngest of whom was 11-years-old.

Angus Pascall, 36, was convicted of one count of rape in the first degree, seven counts of predatory sexual assault, three counts of predatory sexual assault against a child, one count of attempted predatory sexual assault and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.

The judge ordered the sentences for the counts Pascall was convicted of to run consecutively. 

From 2001 to 2010, Pascall, armed with weapons ranging at times from a gun to a machete to a knife, attacked five women ages 11 to 22.

His victims include a 22-year-old woman he raped in her East Flatbush apartment in 2001, a 19-year old who was forced to perform oral sex in a Flatbush elevator in 2009 and a 14-year-old who escaped an attack in October of that year.

Pascall was also convicted of raping an 11-year-old girl in a Bed-Stuy elevator in 2010. Using an elevator key to trap the girl in the elevator and to avoid interruption, Pascall put a gun to her face and repeatedly assaulted her. 

In 2010, Pascall raped a 20-year-old woman in Canarsie after forcing her into his car at gunpoint. As he left the scene, the woman memorized his license plate and reported it to the police.
