Flatbush Man Shot Dead Sitting In Car

FLATBUSH, BROOKLYN — A Flatbush man was shot dead while sitting in his car early Sunday morning, police said.

Gavin Adams, 35, was sitting in his red Chrysler sedan on East 43rd street, near Clarendon road, where officers found him just after midnight on Sunday with gunshot wounds to the head and torso, the NYPD said.

Authorities rushed him from his parked car to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

No one has been arrested, and an investigation into the death is ongoing, police said.
