Last Chance: Botanic Gardens Cherry Blossoms
See the blooms at the Garden's esplanade before they're gone.
If you haven't been to the to see the cherry blossoms, you better get there soon. Thanks to the unseasonably warm weather, the Cherry Esplanade is currently at peak bloom (see their tree-by-tree cherry blossom status map).
Brooklyn Botanic spokeswoman Kate Blumm said it was hard to tell how long the blooms would last, but she pointed out that rain is expected this weekend, which could be the blossoms' death knell.
