Man Arrested For Drawing Swastikas On Brooklyn Sidewalk
Agueybana Quinones was arrested Tuesday.

FLATBUSH, BROOKLYN — An Ohio man was arrested for drawing two swastikas on a Brooklyn sidewalk, an NYPD spokesman told Patch.
Agueybana Quinones, a 28-year-old man from Ohio, was arrested Tuesday afternoon on the corner of Avenue J and Coney Island Avenue, police said.
Police believe he used red chalk to draw the swastikas.

Quinones was charged with aggravated harassment, making graffiti, possession of a graffiti instrument and two violations of local law.
