Missing Flatbush Woman Was Dismembered By Husband, Police Say
The couple lived on the border of Flatbush and Prospect-Lefferts Gardens.

FLATBUSH, NY — A woman who had been missing from her Flatbush home was dismembered by her husband, the NYPD said, and her remains have not been found.
Diana Rodriguez-Martin, 43, was last seen at 1 p.m. on Jan. 13 in her 58 Linden Blvd. home, on the border of Flatbush and Prospect-Lefferts Gardens, police said.
An NYPD investigation found that she had been killed by her husband, 42-year-old Phillip Martin, police said. Martin "dismembered and disposed of" her body, police said.

Her remains have not been found, police said. Martin has been charged with murder and concealment of a human corpse.
Rodridguez-Martin's family realized she was missing when she didn't show up to a doctor's appointment, the New York Daily News reported, citing police sources.

When the family contacted Martin, he told them she had moved out in January along with their dog, according to the Daily News.
