East 27 St. Rape Suspect Sketch Released by Police

Man wanted in connection with Feb. 2 rape of 22-year-old woman near Brooklyn College.

 

Police have released a sketch of a man wanted in connection to a rape that allegedly took place within the 70th Precinct. 

At approximately 9:45 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 2, a  22-year-old woman was approached by an unknown man near the intersection of East 27th St. and Glenwood Road.

"The stranger then forcibly took the victim to an alleyway and raped her," cops reported. The woman was also robbed by the suspect. 

The suspect is described as a black male in his mid-20's, standing approximately 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-7, weighing 160 pounds with a medium build and bald head. He was last seen wearing a blue New York Yankees baseball hat with a white brim and dark gray jacket.
