Two More Arrests Made In Texas Chicken And Burgers Gang Attack
The NYPD are still searching for the other two people involved in the attack on a disabled man who offered to pay for their food.
FLATBUSH, BROOKLYN — The NYPD has made a two arrests in connection with a gang attack on someone who offered to pay for a stranger's food at Texas Chicken and Burgers in Flatbush.
Twenty-one-year-old Keshan John of Flatbush was arrested and charged with two counts of gang assault, three counts of assault and one count of menacing in the third degree, the NYPD said.
Fifty-three-year-old Darrick Moore was charged with robbery, grand larceny and endangering the welfare of an incompetent/disabled person, police said.

Authorities are still searching for the other two people involved in the attack, which was captured on surveillance video and made public last week.
The video shows two men in the chicken and burger joint on March 1 arguing with a man who police say offered to help pay for their meal. The two men attack the victim, beating him with their fists and his cane.

Two more men enter the frame and join the attack as well. A fifth person, who police say has been arrested, comes in at the end of the video and takes some of the victim's property.
The victim was taken to the hospital and treated for broken bones and lacerations, police said.
