Senior Citizen Struck With Padlock Chain During Argument

What began as an argument escalated to a physical attack after a man struck a 69-year-old man in the head with a padlock chain at 3:50 p.m. on March 10 in an East 18 Street home near Church Avenue. The victim's forehead was cut, but he refused medical treatment.

A 16-year-old male was arrested on March 14 at 7:12 p.m. after he confessed to writing his tag in yellow spray paint on the corner of Marlborough and Beverley roads between Dec. 14 and Dec. 16. The cost of erasing the graffiti was less than $250.
A 35-year-old woman told police that on March 15 at 9 a.m., she discovered that the hood of her Nissan, parked on Caton Avenue near Flatbush Avenue, had been scratched. The property damage was less than $250. There were no cameras in that area.

Police arrested a 71-year-old man and 34-year-old woman after the two got into a fight at 1:35 a.m. on March 17 in an Argyle Road apartment near Cortelyou Road. The man punched the woman in the face and grabbed and shoved her by her throat, causing an obstruction of breathing and a cut on her neck. The woman scratched the man's face, neck and right arm during the fight.
An argument became physical after a 29-year-old woman bit a 31-year-old woman's finger at 7:10 p.m. on March 17 in an East 17 Street apartment near Albemarle Road. The 29-year-old was arrested in connection to the incident. Though the victim's pinky finger was cut after being bitten, she refused medical attention.
