Cortelyou Road mainstay the Castello Plan will celebrate three years in the neighborhood this weekend and is inviting its fellow Ditmas Parkers to join in on the fun.

At 10 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 23, the wine bar and kitchen will ring in its third birthday with champagne, hors d'oeurves and live music.
