Police are looking for a burglar who took advantage of the hot weather to make off with a batch of electronics.

On Monday at about 1:30 p.m. a suspect pushed in a person's air conditioner and climbed in the window to burglarize an apartment in the West Village, according to the NYPD. And the whole incident was caught on the person's home security camera.

In the video, the burglar can be seen casing the person's apartment in the area of West 9th Street and Sixth Avenue, first finding a tablet and then stuffing a laptop in a bag. He also made off with a pair of sunglasses, police said. He then climbs back out the window from which he entered, leaving a Mac desktop behind.
