FiDi Skyscraper Launches Rentals With Sprawling Views
Glass skyscraper, 19 Dutch, has begun leasing its 483 apartments in the Financial District, New York YIMBY reported.
FINANCIAL DISTRICT, NY — The developer behind a gleaming glass tower that will add 483 rentals to the Financial District has begun leasing the apartments, New York YIMBY first reported.
The 64-story building, 19 Dutch, was developed by Carmel Partners and offers a mix of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with rents starting at $2,615 per month.
Designed by Gerner Kronick and Valcarce, the average apartment is decked out with floor to ceiling windows, oak floors, kitchens with Bertazzoni appliances, bathrooms with ceramic tiling and quartz counters and a Bosch washer and dryer in each unit.

The Dutch street spire also boasts several swanky amenities including a sky lounge on the 64th floor, a library with a fireplace, a fitness club with spaces for boxing, yoga and spinning, a children's playroom and a game room.
News of the leasing is accompanied by several fresh renderings of the project, including the first renderings of the rentals' interior, which feature interior design by Colum McCartan.

The building's rentals include 97 affordable apartments, the lottery for which launched in February with apartments going for $799 per month. The lottery closed in April.
Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is helming the property's leasing and marketing. The first set of residents will move into 19 Dutch come July 1.
