The News calculated that Adams has lost about 30 percent of his total investment into crypto, which they estimated at around $19,215 given his promise to convert his first three paychecks (after taxes) into Bitcoin and Ethereum.
The loss comes after a massive "crypto meltdown" fueled a nosedive for the the two digital currencies, according to reports.
