According to police, Walker took off his pants and underwear and laid on top of the woman at 3 a.m., who was unconscious and lying on the front stairs of a building near the corner of Suffolk and Stanton streets. The NYPD wouldn't release the exact location to protect the identity of the victim.

Walker tried to take off the woman's shorts, and a passerby saw, yelled at the suspect, and he ran away, the NYPD said.
