FINANCIAL DISTRICT, NY — A woman was seriously injured on Tuesday afternoon after a hammock fell multiple stories from a building in lower Manhattan, authorities said.The woman was transported to Bellevue and is in serious but stable condition, a fire department spokeswoman told Patch.The hammock reportedly fell five stories from a building near in the intersection of Church Street and Park Place.
