EAST END, NY — It was a robust year for home sales in the Hamptons, according to a new report by Out East.

The current median asking price for a home on the East End is $2,195,000, up from $2,095,000, or 4.7 percent at the same time last year, Out East added.

Out East also compiled a list of the 10 most expensive 2018 Hamptons real estate transactions, which included:
