Amagansett Mobile Home Listed For $1.1 Million

When you think of a million dollar Hamptons home, you probably weren’t imagining a one-bedroom trailer.

However, recently, a mobile home on 32 Cross Highway in Amagansett South was put up for sale for $1.1 million, according to the listing on the Douglas Elliman website.

“You are not dreaming,” the listing reads.

The 400 square foot home is about a mile away from Indian Wells Beach, south of the highway location adjacent to a home that just sold for $4 million.

The single family home which sits on a 0.36 acre lot, was built in 1955.

According to the listing, buyers are “easily able to fit [their] dream house with pool here”.

The owner is 79-year-old Richard Lester, according to Newsday. His listing is lowest asking price for any property in Amagansett south of Montauk Highway.

The mobile home is also located only a quarter of a mile from Jerry Seinfeld’s estate, Newsday reports.

Ray Lord, Chris Chapin, and Brian Blekicki are all listed as the listing agents.
