Douglas Elliman Hosts Annual Awards Ceremony
The event honored several East End top agents and teams.

President and CEO Dottie Herman hosted Douglas Elliman agents and employees to honor the successful Long Island and Hamptons brokerages at the company’s annual awards celebration located at The Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury earlier last week.
“We are extremely proud to have such dedicated and talented professionals at Douglas Elliman,” Herman said. “This year, our agents and teams gave impressive performances that have contributed to the firm’s success. Their persistence has once again solidified Douglas Elliman’s position as a market leader.”

In the Hamptons, the Top Individual prize based on Gross Commission Income (GCI) was Michaela Keszler from the Southampton office, and the award for Top Team by GCI went to The Enzo Morabito Team of the Bridgehampton office.
Additional Hamptons individuals recognized by GCI were Erica Grossman (#2), Lori Barbaria (#3), Raphael Avigdor (#4), and Aaron Curti (#5).

Other Top Teams by GCI in the Hamptons include The Buckhout/Mattson Team (#2), The Keogh-Agnello-Kang Team (#3), The Lord Chapin Team (#4), and The Priscilla Garston and Alyra Hoffman Team (#5).
The Southampton office, managed by Ray Smith, claimed the title of Top Long Island Office for 2014.
Other winners were the East Hampton office (#2), managed by Ray Smith and Barbara Mattson and the Bridgehampton office (#3), managed by Paul Brennan.
Terry Thompson from the Southampton office was recognized as the Top Individual agent by number of transactions for the Hamptons; The Enzo Morabito Team, based out of Bridgehampton, received the team award in the same category.
Other individual Hamptons agents recognized in the Top 5 based on closed units were Raphael Avigdor (#2), Michaela Keszler (#3),Erica Grossman (#4), and Brenda Giufurta (#5).
Concluding the list of the Hampton’s Top 5 Teams were The Lord Chapin Team (#2), The Buckhout/Mattson Team (#3), The Keogh-Agnello-Kang Team (#4), and The James and Elaine Saladino Team (#5).
Industry newcomer Kristy Naddell from the Mattituck office picked up the Rookie of the Year Award for Long Island.
