The five-acre resort has been listed by Brown Harris Stevens.

The local luxury resort, East Hampton Point, has recently been put on the market for $29 million.

The five-acre resort on Three Mile Harbor was listed by Anthony C. Cerio, Mitchel L. Natter, and Jared Schiavoni of Brown Harris Stevens.

“We have investors interested in the property with two brands for the restaurants in mind and two big boat brands to run the marina and use it as a showcase for their products,” Cerio told Newsday. “We have some big names that I can’t mention that would really turn it around. It’s going to be something different.”
