Former Owners of Multi-Million Dollar East Hampton Mansion to Fight in Court
The home was sold about two years ago for over $10 million.

The former owners of the “Goose Creek” mansion in East Hampton will be fighting in Suffolk County Supreme Court next week, according to a report in the New York Post.
Bryan Bantry is being sued by his former business partner and 25-percent owner of the home, Robert Felneron, who claims that Bantry cheated him out of millions of dollars of profit made by the home sold two years ago for $10.55 million.
However, Bantry claims that they both lost money from the and that Felne should only receive a certain percentage of the losses.

The proceeds from the previous sale have been held in escrow pending the final decision of the court case.
The home was rented out during the summer to celebrities like Jake Gyllenhaal, Gwyneth Paltrow and Jerry Seinfeld for about $500,000, 27east reports.

The 19,000 square foot home, originally put on the market for $26 million, features a 110-seat screening room, an indoor pool and spa, an outdoor pool, a lower-level bar, a tennis court, a gym and more, according to the listing.
