Local Real Estate Broker to Serve on New York State Association of Realtor Committees
A broker with Saunders & Associates has been appointed to serve on two committees.

Penelope Moore, Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with Saunders & Associates, has been appointed to serve on two New York State Association of Realtor (NYSAR) Committees: The Fair Housing and Cultural Diversity Committee and The Second-home, Resort and Global Markets Committee.
“In developing committees for 2015, I have the opportunity to select those who I feel are the best qualified to serve on key committees of the Association.” Michael S. Smith, 2014 NYSAR President-Elect wrote in a letter to Moore, “I believe that with your understanding of our industry, you can be of remarkable assistance on those matters that will be coming before the Association in the future.”
Penelope heads up the Shelter Island office of real estate brokerage Saunders & Associates, which has offices in Bridgehampton and Southampton. With nearly $250 million in sales on Shelter Island, Moore has been the leading real estate broker in this Hamptons’ enclave since 1997. Penelope will be the sole Realtor from the Hamptons-North Fork area to serve on the Fair Housing and Cultural Diversity Committee.
