EAST HAMPTON, NY — An East Hampton location that's home to popular businesses Goldberg's Bagels and Hampton Beverage has just listed for $5.99 million, according to Douglas Elliman.

Located just outside East Hampton Village at 100 Pantigo Place off Montauk Highway, the 10,856-square-foot commercial building comprises three units, with four-and-a-half baths and is sited on 1.5 acres and comes with 45 parking spaces, Douglas Elliman said.

Zoned neighborhood business, the property is represented by Justin Agnello, Hara Kang and James Keogh of Douglas Elliman; yearly taxes are under $24,000, Douglas Elliman noted.

Goldberg's has a month-to-month lease and would stay, if allowed by new owner, Douglas Elliman said.
