Actress Renee Zellweger is selling her East Hampton home, according to Curbed Hampton.

The home, located at 30 Egypt Lane, is currently listed by Douglas Elliman for $4.45 million.

According to Zillow, the 2,000 square-foot home contains four bedrooms, three bathrooms, plus a den and a two-car garage with a loft.

The farmhouse, built circa 1900, maintains its charm, but has been fully renovated with “new everything,” including a new gunite pool. The home, while gated and private, is a short walk away from the village or ocean, according to Zillow.

Zellweger will make a tidy profit when the home sells as she purchased it in 2003 for $2.15 million. The $4.45 million price tag, though, is fairy modest by East Hampton standards. A home on the same block is currently listed for $13.9 million.
