The .9-acre former “Abraham Baker House” property abuts the village’s estate section and is located in both the village and the town, Douglas Elliman said. Designated as a special historic landmark by East Hampton Town, the south-of-the-highway property includes a still-standing 275-year-old two-story shingle-style home with three bedrooms, three full baths, two fireplaces, and room for a pool.
The buyers were represented by agents Kathy Zappola and Scott Strough of Compass.
