EAST MEADOW, NY — A two-car accident in East Meadow sent one person to a hospital on Friday afternoon, police said.

At approximately 1 p.m., the vehicles struck on Hempstead Turnpike at East Meadow Avenue, police said.

Police had no other details about the victim's condition.
