Crime Blotter: Car Break-In, Project 21 Arrest

  • Ten individuals were arrested, including an East Meadow resident, during a “Project 21” initiative targeting the sale of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products to minors within Nassau County. Click here for more.
  • An early morning break-in on Maurice Avenue July 23 rattled a neighbor sleeping inside, Nassau County's First Squad confirmed. For more on this, click here.
  • Sometime between 7:30 p.m. July 23 and 3:30 p.m. July 24, an unlocked car parked on Cedar Lane was broken into and items were stolen.
