Bellmore

  • A Bellmore man was arrested on Monday after he allegedly burglarized homes in Bellmore, Wantagh and Merrick. Click here for more on his arrest.

  • Sometime between 8 p.m. July 22 and 8 a.m. July 23, tires and rims were stolen from a 2002 Honda Accord that was parked at Gas Stop, which is located at 2870 Sunrise Highway.

Levittown

  • Sometime between 6 p.m. July 23 and 7 a.m. July 24 a wallet, cash and gift cards were stolen from a car on Collector Lane.

  • At 5:10 p.m. July 24, an iPad and a Samsung Galaxy were stolen from a car parked at the 99 Cents Store.

  • Sometime between July 18-24, a wallet, LIRR pass and cash were taken from a car parked at L.A. Fitness.

  • Sometime between July 26-30, a gold diamond marquis insert was stolen on Cotton Lane.

    • Merrick

    • Sometime after 7:15 p.m. July 26, a bike was stolen from a driveway on Benson Lane.

    • Sometime between 9:45 p.m. July 22 and 7:50 a.m. July 23, a vehicle parked on Clark Street was scratched.

  • Sometime between 8:30 and 9:30 p.m. July 29, a backpack that contained a cell phone was stolen while the complainant was playing basketball at Merrick Road Park.

  • On July 27, at 10:51 p.m., Jill Beck, 52, of Bellmore, was arrested on Merrick Road and charged with driving while intoxicated.

    • Wantagh

    • Suffolk County Police have accused two men, including one from Wantagh, for allegedly drag racing in East Farmingdale. Click here for the details.

  • Sometime between 5 p.m. July 27 and 11 a.m. July 28, miscellaneous motorcycle items were taken out of a rear yard on Wesley Place.

  • Sometime between 10:30 p.m. July 22 and 7:30 a.m. July 23, tires and rims were stolen off of a 2012 Nissan Maxima parked on Jane Street.

  • Between 2-3 p.m. July 23, an unknown suspect stole a watch that was left poolside at Wantagh Park.
