East Meadow School District Named For Outstanding Music Education

EAST MEADOW, NY — The music departments in the East Meadow Union Free School District are getting recognized for their outstanding commitment to music in the classrooms.

The district has been named a Best Communities for Music Education by The NAMM Foundation.

The nonprofit now in its 25th year, is supported, in part, by the National Association of Music Merchants.

East Meadow's designation shows they are demonstrating outstanding achievement in efforts to provide music access and education to all students.
