LI Male Nurse Accused Of Sexual Abusing Female Patient: Police
Paul Igbide is accused of making inappropriate contact with the victim on multiple occasions, police said.

EAST MEADOW, NY — An East Meadow man, working as a nurse practitioner, is accused of making inappropriate contact with a 19-year-old female patient on multiple occasions, police said.
Paul Igbide, 52, is charged with second-degree sexual abuse and two counts of sexual misconduct.
Igbide is accused of starting to make inappropriate contact with the victim on Nov. 23 while working at West Hempstead Medical on Hempstead Avenue, authorities said.

When a family member was told, the incidents were reported to police. An investigation led to Igbide's arrest on March 14, police said.
He was arraigned on Thursday.
