Motorcyclist Killed In Early Morning Crash In Nassau
Police say the man left the road and hit a pole. He died at the scene.
EAST MEADOW, NY — A motorcyclist was killed in an early morning crash in East Meadow on Monday, Nassau County police said.
According to police, a 26-year-old man was driving a 2012 Harley Davidson motorcycle west on North Jerusalem Avenue at 2:20 a.m. when he left the road near Shakespeare Place and hit a pole.
Police say the motorcyclist suffered severe trauma and was pronounced dead at the scene by a police medic. Police have not yet released his identity.
