Papa Louie's: Business in East Meadow is Wonderful
Pizzeria celebrates two-year anniversary on Newbridge Road.

To celebrate their success in East Meadow, Papa Louie's Pizzeria is celebrating its two-year anniversary with family fun and menu specials at the store Saturday.
Business in East Meadow has been "wonderful," says Jennifer Castle. Her husband, Jonathon, owns the restaurant with his mom, Shelley Cataldo. "We have very loyal customers who pop [in] usually more than one time a day. "Shelley puts her heart and soul into everything she makes," Jennifer said. "We've been truly blessed to open a pizzeria in this community and have the sense of loyalty already. We look forward to providing them with many more years of traditional Italian food and pizza nights to come!"
The family-owned pizzeria is located at 495 Newbridge Road. Menu favorites include the Papa Louie's classic cheese pie, the meatball hero made with "Nani's famous meatball recipe that goes back generations" and the garlic knots made by Nick.
A new addition to the menu is the Papa Louie's Pizzette, a personal 10" pie with an ultra crispy crust and less calories.
"Many people will call and say, 'Tell Shelley to whip me something up' because they totally trust and love her and her cooking!" Jennifer said.
Between 11 a.m. and 10 p.m. Saturday, enjoy $1 slices, live music and fun for the kids.
