• Farmingville man arrested after crashing stolen vehicle (tbrnewsmedia.com) — A 20-year-old Farmingville resident was arrested after allegedly crashing a stolen Corvette on the Long Island Expressway near Ronkonkoma and being suspected of driving while impaired by drugs. Suffolk County Police say the car had been reported stolen from a New Jersey dealership hours earlier, and the driver fled on foot before being caught and charged with multiple offenses.
