  3. Patch interviews veteran prosecutor Anne Donnelly, 57, who is running for district attorney in Nassau County as a Republican. She said the top issue is bail reform and keeping criminals off the street. (Patch)
  4. Alex Costello has the details on six people arrested at a house in New Cassel on Wednesday. Police found an assault rifle, crack, cocaine, sedatives, opiates, ecstasy, cash and multiple pieces of drug paraphernalia. Three pit bulls were living outside in "inhumane conditions." (Patch)
