- Patch explains that Long Island's last Sears store has closed its doors. The location was in Massapequa's Sunrise Mall and was shuttered as of Tuesday. (Patch)
- The LI Herald reports that a teenager from Inwood was reported missing on Monday night. Jennifer Hernandez, 15, was last seen leaving her Doughty Boulevard home. (LI Herald)
- News 12 Long Island talks to a 37-year-old mother of two from Levittown who is fighting stage 4 breast cancer. Adina Perullo wants to raise awareness that metastatic breast cancer is underfunded and encourage others to fight for a cure. (News 12)
- Nassau County has approved County Exec Laura Curran's plan to send households $375 in direct pandemic relief funds. The checks will come to households with property tax exemptions. (News 12)
