Nassau House Fire Not Believed To Be Suspicious: Police
Several fire departments extinguished the blaze.
NORTH WOODMERE, NY — A house was on fire in the Five Towns on Sunday afternoon, police said.
The home on Prescott Place had smoke emanating from the residence. It happened just before 3:30 p.m.
The Woodmere Fire Department and several other departments extinguished the blaze.

No injuries were reported.
Arson Bomb Squad Detectives and the Nassau County Fire Marshal were on scene. The fire is not considered suspicious now, but an investigation continues.
