Aziza Murzatova​ was reported missing after she was last seen leaving her home on Yellowstone Boulevard, the NYPD said.

FOREST HILLS, QUEENS — A 16-year-old girl from Forest Hills who was missing since Sunday was found safe on Monday, police said.

Aziza Murzatova was last seen on April 30 about 1:30 a.m. leaving her home on Yellowstone Boulevard, the NYPD said.
