REGO PARK, QUEENS — A week after disappearing from her Rego Park house, a senior who neighbors rallied around finding was located, police confirmed.

On the evening of June 15, Martha Barona, 69, was at her house wearing a pink t-shirt, black pants and black loafers, according to the NYPD.

That's the last time she was seen until June 22, a week later, when police located her in "good condition," an NYPD spokesperson said.

The police did not confirm where she was found but neighbors, who'd been rallying around finding Barona, said online that she was located at a nearby hospital.

"Thank you all for your prayers. Fortunately, Mrs. Martha was found in the Jamaica hospital. She is fine," said one Forest Hills resident Wednesday night — exactly a week after Barona first went missing.

Before she was found, neighbors had been soliciting prayers for Barona's safety on local Facebook groups and hung some flyers around the neighborhood, according to one local.

"I just saw a flyer for her last night on 63rd drive, glad to see she’s okay!" the person wrote in response to a neighbor sharing news that Barona had been found at Jamaica Hospital.

Others echoed the good news, and sent well-wishes to the senior and her family.

"Thank goodness! Praying she is safe and reunited with her family very soon," one neighbor commented.
