Car Crash Kills Man In Forest Hills, Police Say
The victim was found bleeding from his head and mouth in the middle of the street, police said.

FOREST HILLS, QUEENS — A man was hit by a car and killed as he ran across a Forest Hills road, police said.
Arkadiy Dibin, 29, of Rego Park, was found lying face up and unconscious, bleeding heavily from the head and mouth at 12:7 a.m. Aug. 6 on Yellowstone Boulevard, near Selfridge Street.
He was taken to North Shore Forest Hills Hospital before being moved almost 30 minutes away to North Shore Manhasset Hospital in Manhasset, where police say he was pronounced dead.

The driver of the car, a 66-year-old man, remained at the scene of the accident until police and EMS arrived, police say. He has not been charged with any crime as of Aug. 8.
