​E-Bike Rider Struck By Driver In Rego Park: NYPD

A 30-year-old man struck the cyclist with a 2015 Toyota on Wednesday night on Queens Boulevard, the NYPD said.

FOREST HILLS, QUEENS — A 27-year-old man riding an e-bike was struck by a vehicle driver in Rego Park on Wednesday night, police said.

A 30-year-old man struck the cyclist with a 2015 Toyota on April 3 around 8 p.m. in front of 96-32 Queens Blvd., near 63rd Drive, the NYPD said.

The driver was traveling eastbound, merging onto Queens Boulevard, when he struck the 27-year-old, who was also cycling eastbound, cops said.

The cyclist was taken to Elmhurst Hospital with an injury to his leg, authorities said.
