Fall Street Fair Urges Forest Hills To Shop Local
Banter Irish Kitchen and Violet's Bakery are among the fair's list of exhibitors.

FOREST HILLS, QUEENS - In an effort to connect Forest Hills businesses with residents and residents with their neighbors, the Forest Hills Chamber of Commerce will host an upscale merchandise fair on Sept. 24.
Coined the Shop Forest Hills Fall Street Fair, the annual event is going 15 years strong, with tens of thousands of New Yorkers from across the boroughs attending each year, according to the Chamber.
The festival is set to take place along Austin Street between 72nd and 69th Roads.

This year's fair will feature more than 200 vendors and exhibitors from more than 100 local businesses, including Banter Irish Kitchen, Wine Room of Forest Hills, Boulangerie, All Star Studios, Snowy Rosy Boutique, Benga Rabbit Vegan Bags, Violet's Bakery and various jewelers.
