WATCH LIVE: Festival Of The Arts Returns To Forest Hills
Bruce "Big Daddy" Wayne and LA Blacksmith will be performing.

FOREST HILLS, QUEENS — Forest Hills' 17th annual Festival Of The Arts will take over five blocks of Austin Street this month as more than 150 businesses show off their wares.
The event will start at 11 a.m. June 11 and last until 6 p.m., the neighborhood's Chamber of Commerce said. It will stretch between 69th Road and 72nd Road.
Arts and crafts vendors from all over the tri state area will be selling jewelry, clothing, pottery, baskets, art work, and photography. Food carts at the fair will offer international cuisines.

The fair will showcase live performances on 70th Road and Austin Street all day long. At 11:30 p.m., The Varta Academy of Music will take the stage with a performance by young musicians. DanceSource students will show off their skills at noon, followed at 12:30 p.m. by another dance performance by youngsters from All Star Studios.
The music will continue into the afternoon with Bruce "Big Daddy" Wayne taking the stage at 2 p.m. for an R&B and soul music performance. The grand finale to the day's entertainment will be LA Blacksmith's tribute to Earth, Wind & Fire starting at 4.30 p.m.

With beer and wine gardens and hookah lounges for adults and rides for kids, the fair offers a good time for people of all ages.
