Fire Breaks Out In Seven-Story Rego Park Building: FDNY

The FDNY placed an "all-hands" call on Tuesday for a fire at 93-10 Queens Boulevard.

FOREST HILLS, QUEENS — A Rego Park building caught fire Tuesday morning, according to FDNY officials.

The FDNY placed an "all-hands" call, which means the fire required all available resources to respond, for a fire at 93-10 Queens Boulevard, between 62nd and 63rd avenues about 10 a.m. on March 21, officials said.

By just after 10:30 a.m., the department declared the fire under control.

The fire erupted on the fifth floor of the building, and officials said that there were no injuries.
