Forest Hills Brings Food, Arts Market To Yellowstone Boulevard

FOREST HILLS, QUEENS — Yellowstone Boulevard is set to home a slew of vendors this weekend, bringing food, music, and art for the rest of the summer.
The Compost Collective, a volunteer group based in Forest Hills, will host a local market starting on May 13 at 11 a.m. The market is slated to take place at the junction of Kessel Street and Yellowstone Boulevard.
"We are excited to host another local market!" Renee Rivera, co-founder of The Compost Collective, told Patch. "We love bringing the community together, supporting local creators, and providing a fun and relaxing environment with educational activities for all."

The nonprofit organizes other events throughout the year, including tours of their beehives and webinars about urban wildlife.
The market will be rain or shine, and it's expected to run until 3 p.m.
