FOREST HILLS, QUEENS — Gregorys Coffee had a better-than-expected turnout on Continental Avenue this week as the community spread the word about the new coffee shop in Forest Hills.

The coffee shop with 23 locations in New York City opened its first spot in Queens on Wednesday, with the community running to try the popular coffee roasters.

"When we came across this location, it was just a no-brainer for me because of the local community there, the position in the market, the concert stadium, all the train and the people nearby," Gregory Zamfotis, owner of Gregorys Coffee, told Patch.
