Important Dates for Forest Hills High School Students and Parents

Check out Patch's list of significant dates, including tests and graduation, for local high school students.

The school year is winding down and students will soon be out for summer vacation.  

So, Patch has listed below several important dates for Forest Hills High School students and parents to keep in mind during the next few weeks.  

June 7: Senior barbecue will take place in the school’s auditorium and on its field.  

June 8: ACT exams will be held.  

June 10: End of sixth marking period.  

June 11-21: Regents exams. Students only attend to take their exams. All scheduled exams are mandatory. Failure to attend an exam will result in the loss of senior privileges.  

June 21: Cap and gown distribution for students with last names beginning with M-Z at 10 a.m.  

June 24: Cap and gown distribution for students needing regents grade.  

June 25: Graduation ceremony at 10 a.m. at Hofstra University.  

June 26: Last day of school for all students and teachers. Report card distribution for 9th, 10th and 11th grade students. Diploma and transcript distribution will take place at 9:30 a.m. in the auditorium for students with last names beginning with A-Le. For students with last names beginning with Li-Z, distribution will take place at 11 a.m.
